More about Todd
Todd began his personal injury career employed at Keith Barton and Associates in 2006. His first experience in personal injury was to meet with potential clients across Utah who had been in an accident and needed legal assistance. Over the course of his employment at Keith Barton, Todd met with thousands of clients and saw a wide range of personal injury cases. Because of his ability to speak Spanish, Todd soon managed the entire Spanish speaking department for Keith Barton’s office. After working for Keith Barton, Todd spent a short time working for Adams Davis PC, while finishing up his undergraduate studies and before he made the decision to enroll in law school as a full time student.
While attending law school at Pepperdine University, Todd enjoyed surfing and living life with his family on the coast of sunny California. Todd also focused on studying the law where he excelled in his courses, receiving an A in Torts. Todd’s favorite class in law school was advanced litigation writing. Among his other accomplishments, he received the highest law school award in Trial Prep and Negotiation Course.
Today Todd enjoys life as a solo practitioner where he can give clients and their cases the one on one attention they need and deserve. Todd also enjoys spending time outdoors with his beautiful wife and three daughters.
